The sprocket of the double speed chain should not tilt or swing on the shaft. The ends of the two sprockets of the same transmission part shall be in the same plane, and the center distance of the sprockets shall be less than 0.5m, with the allowable deviation of 1mm; the center distance of the sprockets shall be 0.5m, with the allowable deviation of 2mm, but there shall be no friction on the side of the teeth of the sprocket. If the two wheels are too large, it is easy to cause chain disconnection and accelerated wear. Pay attention to check and adjust the offset when replacing the sprocket.
The tightness of the double speed chain should be appropriate, too tight, not to increase power consumption, and the bearing is easy to wear.
The new hoisting chain of double speed chain is too long or stretched after use. It's hard to adjust, but it can be moved to the link section, but it must be even. The two speed chain connection shall be through the back of the chain and the lock.
On the outside, the opening of the locking plate should be turned in the opposite direction of rotation.
After using the worn chain wheel, the new chain wheel and chain wheel should be replaced to ensure good engagement. You can't replace a new double speed chain or a new sprocket alone. Otherwise, it will cause rodents, and it is not good to accelerate the wear of new chains or sprockets. Sprocket surface wear should be used in time to a certain extent. Use of extended time.
The old double speed chain cannot be mixed with some new chains, otherwise it is easy to produce impact and pull the double speed chain in the transmission process
