A 98 inch Tv Assembly Line are finished this week. The Assembly Line is designed with Roller Conveyor, the frist layer is Gravity Roller Conveyor, some sections with automatic rotation function to enable the worker to assemble the TV easily. The second layer is Power Roller Conveyor for pallets returning back the start working station for a new TV assembling. This TV assembly line project is designed with robot, in very high technology.

Some sections of this assembly line are under Clean Room condition.
