I. Introduction and instructions for use

The non-Powered Roller Conveyor is a conveying device used in an Automated Assembly Line. The mechanical part is mainly composed of a frame, a roller and a guide edge. According to the product process requirements, the transfer is manually pushed to complete the required functions.

(1) First-level maintenance Daily maintenance is mainly done by post work and is carried out every day.
1. Check whether there are any materials, tools and debris stacked on the conveyor line before going to work every day. Will it affect the normal operation;
2. After the machine is shut down before going to work every day, remove all kinds of waste residue from the working area of the conveyor line.
(2) Secondary maintenance The secondary maintenance shall be carried out regularly by a special person (special class), usually once every one to two months.
1. Check if the drum has a curved depression;
2. Check whether the drum mounting rail has bending deformation, and whether the connecting screws of the rails, brackets and other components are loose, and adjust;
3. Check if the drum rotation is flexible and there is no obvious abnormal noise.
Third, lubrication machinery mechanical moving parts to maintain good lubrication, is the basic premise to ensure the good operation and normal life of the equipment.
Lubricate the roller bearings every month.
Fourth, safety precautions
1. During the operation of the online body, do not put your hands and feet between the rollers. Otherwise, injury accidents may occur.
2. It is forbidden to put tools and sundries on the line body;
3. When placing the workpiece (tooling plate) to the line, it should be placed lightly in the middle of the line body to avoid damage to the drum due to strong impact;
