Pay attention to the following items when using the Assembly Line equipment:

1. Before using the equipment, check whether the workshop power supply line meets the load requirements required by the equipment; whether the power supply voltage and frequency meet the requirements of the equipment.

2. Regularly check the connecting part of each conductor to see whether the connection is reliable and good and whether there is rust.

3. Regularly check whether the assembly of all parts is good, whether the fasteners are loose, and whether there are other foreign matters inside the body.

4. Before starting the motor, it is necessary to check whether the reducer in the main drive system has been refueled; if not, fill 30 engine oil or gear oil to above the mark line, clean and change the oil after 200 hours of use, and then clean and change the oil every 2000 hours of use.

5. The Conveyor Belt shall be adjusted in time: the tension device at one end of the line body is equipped with adjusting screw, and the tension degree of the conveyor belt has been adjusted during installation. After a certain period of operation, due to the wear of the rotating parts under the long-term tension working condition, elongation will occur. At this time, rotating the adjusting screw can achieve the purpose of tension, but pay attention to the appropriate tightness.

6. After each shift, the sundries under the line body and the main and auxiliary machines shall be cleaned to keep the equipment clean, neat and dry, so as to improve the service life of the equipment.

7. During the use process, the components shall be placed in place. It is strictly prohibited to put paper scraps, cloth, tools and other non assembly items on line to ensure the safety and reliability of the production line.

8. Check and clean the bearing and bearing seat every one year of use. If any damage is found and it is not suitable for use, repair or replace it immediately, and add lubricating grease, the amount of which is about three times of the inner cavity
