6. Conveyor Belt should not run faster than 2.5 m/s, and low speed should be used for materials with large fragmentation and abrasion and fixed unloading devices.
7. The relationship between the diameter of the driving drum and the layers of the conveyor belt, the matching of the driving drum and the reversing drum, and the requirement of the groove angle of the idler should be reasonably selected according to the design regulations of the conveyor.
8. The feeding direction should follow the running direction of the belt. In order to reduce the impact of falling material on the belt, chute should be used to reduce the falling distance of the material. The feeding section of the belt should shorten the distance between the idlers and adopt buffer idlers. In order to prevent material leakage, soft and moderate baffles should be used on the side of the belt, so as to avoid too hard baffles and scraping the conveyor belt. With surface;
9. Attention should be paid to the following matters in the use of conveyor belts:
(1) Avoid the rollers being covered by materials, resulting in poor rotation, prevent leakage from being stuck between the drum and the belt, pay attention to the lubrication of the moving part, but not oil-stained conveying tape;

(3) When the tape deviates, measures should be taken to correct it in time.
(4) If local damage of conveyor belt is found, it should be repaired or replaced in time to avoid expansion.
