The middle frame legs of this series are available in low, medium and high styles. The lower horizontal section and the tilt are only equipped with low intermediate frame legs, while the upper and lower horizontal sections are equipped with different intermediate frame legs according to different headstocks (low, medium and high headstocks) (low, medium and High-style intermediate frame legs). Personnel operating the belt conveyor must pass the examination and obtain an operation permit to use the belt conveyor.
1. The operator must strictly abide by the safety and handover system.
2. Check the transmission parts and sprocket before opening the belt conveyor . The mesh belt and safety protection device should be firm and reliable.
3. Check that the lubrication of each part should meet the specified requirements. If it is not reached, it should be filled with lubricating oil (fat) according to the equipment “five fixed”.
4. Boot sequence 1. Open the receiving device or device first. 2. Start the mesh belt conveyor. 3. Start the feeding device or equipment.
5. The belt conveyor should be evenly fed during operation. Excessive material is easy to block and flow out of the machine, causing the belt to derail.
6. Always check the tightness of the belt conveyor belt and adjust it at any time if necessary. It is not allowed to have a bias phenomenon with uneven force.
7. The belt conveyor will have any malfunction during operation. It should be stopped immediately for inspection and repair.
8. When the belt conveyor stops working, the equipment or equipment should be stopped first, and the materials on the belt conveyor should be cleaned before stopping.
9. Do the cleaning, sanitation, etc. of the belt conveyor.
